Return Info

We gladly accept returns! Simply send back the unused items along with your packing slip stating the reason for the return for a refund (excluding shipping) to the original method of payment. To process a return, email your order number and item info to: info@cottagenorthwest.com

Custom orders are not eligible for return. 

We do not cover return shipping costs.
